Students are eligible to pay a reduced fee for the conference.

The conference fee includes the conference pack, all coffee breaks, the reception, the visit to the Old University Library, as well as a city tour in the beautiful historic centre of Salamanca. The lunches and the conference dinner are not included. The participants that are not presenting a paper and the accompanying persons are welcome to join us for lunch and / or the conference dinner.

 

Conference registration payment is arranged by bank transfer, credit card, and online payment / PayPal via Fundación Universidad de Salamanca: just click on the following link and follow the instructions provided. Upon completing your online registration form, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with details on how to formalize your payment.

If you want to receive an invoice for the conference fee, do not forget to request it when completing your registration. Electronic certificates of attendance and participation will be issued and e-mailed after the conference.

 

Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after September 1, 2024.
